Could you prepare BOTH 15 minutes oral presentation (12 minutes for presentation, 3 minutes for discussion) and poster.
-For oral presentation
We will supply projector system that enables to connect your laptop (Windows or Mackintosh) via 15-pin VGA adaptor. Please note, could you bring your own laptop to make a presentation. And we will check the connection to our projector, could you visit PC desk prior your presentation (coffee break or morning time is preferable). Your presentation time have already informed you via personal email from our secretary team, but if you would like to double check the presentation date and time, please visit program page.
-For poster presentation,
We will inform you presentation number via e-mail. Should you put your poster to poster board (1,660 mm height x 1,130 mm width, we will indicate your presentation number) in the morning of first day of the conference (28th of February, 2014). We are suggesting you to prepare the poster B0 size (1,456 mm height x 1,030 mm width).
